However, during each phase of the project, there were some challenges that we could not execute at the right time or with the right scope. In response to this, we aim to solve this issue by thoroughly understanding the entire process leading to the goal, identifying the challenges in each phase, and sharing this information with all members of our team through tools like “Fit Journey.”
